About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist/Donor Screener to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. As a Phlebotomist/Donor Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility for plasma donation
  • Collect and process plasma samples while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance center operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally lift materials up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
