Merchandising Lead and Trainer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our field team. Your primary focus will be on training merchandisers to execute their tasks with 100% compliance, while fostering strong relationships with store personnel. You will be responsible for conducting store audits, collaborating closely with your manager and fellow merchandisers, and providing expert guidance on merchandising best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop merchandisers to meet client objectives within retail stores
  • Conduct store audits and provide feedback to merchandisers
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement merchandising strategies
  • Lead and complete complex resets, ensuring reset/revision POG compliance, and new item cut-ins
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with management to conduct in-person trainings with merchandisers
Requirements:
  • Extensive merchandising experience across various retailers
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in scheduling work hours
