Yonah Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist Supervisor to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases, designing ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans, analyzing ABA data and writing reports summarizing progress and best strategies, and coordinating and conferencing with parents and case managers to maintain a high level of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases, ensuring they have the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality services.
- Design and implement ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Analyze ABA data and write comprehensive reports summarizing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and confer with parents and case managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Experience working with children with autism.
