Position Overview
The Ladders, a leader in career advancement solutions, is in search of a Senior Business Consultant with a Public Trust Clearance to provide expert support to our esteemed government clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of technical data.
- Interpret acquisition policies, regulations, and directives effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or Engineering is required.
- Must hold a Public Trust Clearance.
This role is based in a professional office setting characterized by a low to moderate noise level. The position involves routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The job primarily takes place indoors, consistent with a standard office role, and requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks. The workload may necessitate prolonged periods of sitting. The incumbent must be capable of reading, performing basic math calculations, and managing moderate stress levels.
Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 lbs may be required. Specific vision abilities needed for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
