About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the user-ad experience, balancing the interests of all stakeholders within our ad marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the user-ad experience, balancing the interests of all stakeholders within our ad marketplace
  • Build new products and structure our ad marketplace to improve overall ad quality
  • Build new Ad Marketplace products and experiences that drive advertiser performance, provide value to our community, and grow our broader advertising ecosystem
  • Stay up to date on advertising industry and solutions, ensuring Snap's product portfolio continues to meet the needs of its customers
  • Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap which includes ML powered and data intensive products
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
  • Become the internal voice and representative for ad marketplace auction and forecasting products
Requirements
  • Knowledge of ad marketplace technologies and familiarity with auction mechanics
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field
  • Experience with large scale machine learning platforms (e.g. feature management, model training and evaluation, etc.)
  • Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
  • Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. statistics, engineering, finance, math)
  • Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS
