Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize pneumatic and electric handheld surface grinders effectively.
  • Achieve a polished finish on all company products as per directives.
  • Ensure proper marking of pipes in accordance with company protocols.
  • Understand and adhere to the quality and presentation standards for all products.
  • Collaborate with fellow operators for necessary tooling adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Comply with all company-standard and role-specific safety protocols.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Report any unsafe working conditions to the Department Supervisor.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor.

Physical Demands:

  • Regular physical activity including walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform tasks while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Work in varying temperature conditions, including hot environments, for extended periods, and in areas where dust may be present.
