Position Overview:
Type: Full Time
Location: Manufacturing Facility
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Benefits: Includes paid time off, paid holidays, and health benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life Insurance.
Work Schedule:
12-hour rotating swing shift
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate slitting machinery efficiently.
2. Handle and transport heavy stock materials.
3. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
4. Set up machinery for production runs.
5. Inspect products for quality assurance.
6. Manage packaging and shipping processes.
7. Lift and handle finished products safely.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to wear necessary safety gear for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various manufacturing processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for overtime and task changes.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug testing is mandatory.
