About the Role

The Account Manager will oversee the production staff in goal setting and sales training, actively partner with new producers, clients, and business opportunities, and monitor key metrics to ensure sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the production staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Partner with new producers, clients, and business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Monitor and review key metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold an insurance license required by your state and have a minimum of two years' experience in account management.
  • Possess strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and provide superior written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
