**Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Manage employee performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve skills and address areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 20 or more employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
