Job Description

The Business Development Director at Nagel Services will lead the sales efforts for the firm, working in conjunction with leadership and the marketing team to establish the business development and marketing direction. This individual will oversee and develop marketing strategies when business development and marketing intersect. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing client relationship plans with a focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with business development goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
