Job Title: Senior Project Technical Leader, Conveyance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Technical Leader to join our Water business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex conveyance projects from initial request to construction, shaping our talented local team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership for water infrastructure projects, including reviewing and sealing of projects.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the production of project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery, technical quality, and within budget.
  • Perform civil conveyance design for water and storm and sanitary sewer projects, from preliminary design to detailed design, bidding, and construction inspection.
  • Prepare technical proposals and reports as technical lead of the project team.
  • Execute multiple concurrent projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in water infrastructure design projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience with the design of conveyance projects in urbanized, congested areas.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer or the combination of education and experience to qualify for licensure within one year of hire.
