Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Engineer

Additional Qualifications:

Maryland Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Proven experience collaborating with Engineers, General Contractors, and Project Owners. Project management and development experience is a plus. Proficient in computer applications, including CADD (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Key Skills
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering project experience.
  • Familiarity with MDOT agencies and civil guidelines for Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
  • Experience in Roadway and/or bridge design.
  • Licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong project coordination skills and understanding of contractual obligations.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with Engineers, General Contractors, and Project Owners.
  • Proficiency in CADD design software and excellent communication skills.
