- Safely operate the designated service vehicle.
- Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with the necessary tools and parts.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
- Ability to read and comprehend policy manuals, safety guidelines, and operational instructions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members regarding water treatment processes.
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
- Capable of understanding and resolving basic plumbing issues.
- Utilizes common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
- Delivers consistent, high-quality work that meets precise standards.
- Possesses interpersonal skills necessary for teamwork.
- Demonstrates flexibility in a dynamic work environment, handling a variety of tasks.
- Works independently under pressure and in potentially hazardous situations.
- Completes moderately repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Maintains organization and order of materials in the warehouse.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 1-3 years of experience in a plumbing-related role (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is:
- Continuously required to use hands for handling and communication.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
