Armstrong McCall is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a retail sales associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting professionals with their supply needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests in a professional manner.
- Execute cashier responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inbound telephone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain established, organized merchandising systems within the showroom.
- Adhere to Inventory Control protocols on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Licensed cosmetologists are preferred, but not required.
As part of our commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent, new hires may be eligible for a $500 bonus, contingent upon individual performance and the successful completion of six months of employment.

With over 75 years of experience, we offer the largest selection of professional products in the industry. We exclusively serve licensed cosmetologists, nail technicians, and estheticians, and do not sell to the public.
