Position Overview:
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services operates under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services to lead the hospice clinical team.
Key responsibilities include the recruitment of qualified hospice staff, overseeing the delivery of hospice services, and coordinating personnel evaluations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze and monitor service delivery and performance metrics.
Foster a diverse and talented team that consistently meets organizational objectives.
Exhibit dynamic leadership that motivates and inspires team members to excel.
Demonstrate effective communication skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, facilitating problem-solving in a constructive manner.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating and mentoring others.
Minimum of 5 years in the healthcare sector preferred.
At least 2 years of leadership experience required.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the relevant state(s).
Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
