Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery to join our team at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will provide professional and direct nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient assessments, education, and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, respect, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and family members.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided.
  • Interpret physician orders and implement treatment plans.
  • Engage in timely and efficient discharge planning.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross - ACLS and NRP certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
