This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 to $85,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Treater and Packaging Operator to join our team at Remington Seeds LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that seed being treated or treated and blended meets customer quality requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Conditioning Supervisor, Conditioning Operator, and Plant Operations Manager to maintain equipment accuracy and perform regular treatment scale calibrations or verifications.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong computer and data entry competency, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

You will also be responsible for accurately mixing seed treatment chemicals, maintaining an accurate seed treatment inventory, and performing visual inspection of treatment coverage to meet company standards.

As a Packaging Operator, you will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that seed packages meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include operating bagging equipment according to instructions, performing regular scale weight checks, and ensuring proper set up of ink jet bag labeling equipment.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, accuracy, and a cooperative attitude, as well as experience in agricultural background is helpful but not required.
