Your Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in commercial or residential pest control.
- Current pest control certification or licenses for inspection, application, consulting, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food production, inspection, or Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.

Position Overview:
The Pest Control Technician (Trainee) will manage a designated route, providing pest control and inspection services to commercial clients while adhering to established standards for quality and timeliness. This role involves building strong professional relationships with clients to fully understand their unique pest management needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
