Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of the community.
  • Execute various maintenance tasks as required, including make-readies and work orders.
  • Establish and uphold a planning and scheduling routine for preventive maintenance, prioritizing and estimating work while providing technical assistance in job planning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team.
  • Oversee and collaborate with external professionals such as electricians and plumbers.
  • Inspect and maintain essential building systems, including heating, electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation.
  • Adhere to the annual budget and monitor maintenance expenses.
  • Assist in the execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • HVAC certification and MPO license are mandatory.
  • Proficient knowledge of various building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing).
  • Familiarity with applicable health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
