We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our collision center at NorthStar Auto. As the Collision Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and overseeing all aspects of the collision repair process.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in collision center management, with a strong background in CDK, CCC, and Collision Link. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer competencies, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality collision repair services
  • Oversee all aspects of the collision repair process, including estimating, scheduling, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in collision repair

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in collision center management
  • CDK, CCC, and Collision Link experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
