We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapy Care Specialist to join our team at Go Healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch therapy services to our patients.
About the Job:
Job SummaryThis is a 12-week assignment with 40 hours per week. You will work on an 8-hour shift schedule, providing therapy services to our clients in Dalton, Georgia. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs

Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure and certification in Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
