Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Closer at Westminster Preschool. As a Closer, you will be the last point of contact for families when they pick up their children, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, communicating effectively and sending children home with encouraging words.
  • Ensure the building is properly shut down at the end of the day and prepped for reopening the next business day.
  • Assist with various tasks and duties as assigned by the director, promoting the school's philosophy and educational objectives.
  • Support the mission and goals of the program, upholding Biblical values and principles.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to learn and utilize specialized software for parent and staff communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR/First Aid/Universal Precautions certification required.
  • Must pass drug screening, criminal background check, and FSSA background check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift a child weighing at least 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, sit on the floor, and rise from the floor without adult assistance.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Closer will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with children, families, and staff. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
