Nursing Care Coordinator

Hattiesburg Clinic is seeking an experienced Nursing Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert professional nursing care to patients with urgent, emergency or potential health problems.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your annual salary, you can also expect excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RN)
  • Current State licensure
  • CPR certification
  • One-year experience in clinic-based nursing
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work compatibly with physicians and other staff members

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM PRN
