  • We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality care based on physician orders and established protocols.
  • The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • You will be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on health management, promoting healthy habits, and supporting individuals with complex medical needs.
  • Your role involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to identify areas for quality improvement, implementing evidence-based practices, and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

  • A current MS RN license is required, with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS preferred.
