Work Schedule for the International Student Ministry Coordinator:
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
- Occasional evening and weekend commitments for specific events or projects
- Participation in several annual conferences, including IFI Staff Retreats
Compensation Structure:
- Development of a ministry partner team is essential to secure the necessary prayer and financial support for salary, benefits, and ministry expenses
- Training will be provided to help establish a team of ministry partners
- Typical salary range is between $25,709 and $80,000 after the support development phase, depending on experience and other factors

Role Responsibilities:
The International Student Ministry Coordinator will primarily focus on serving international students from prestigious institutions. This role is integral to the ministry team and requires the candidate to reside in proximity to the campus.
The Coordinator will:
- Engage with international students: Initiate a bible study, organize events, and maintain at least one discipleship relationship
- Register IFI as a recognized student organization and uphold that registration while fostering relationships with other campus international organizations
- Build connections with campus staff and organizations
- Establish partnerships with local churches
- Mobilize volunteers to assist with IFI activities
- Develop and sustain financial and prayer partnerships to meet the budgetary needs of the role by sharing the ministry's vision
Qualifications and Spiritual Characteristics:
- Commitment to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Demonstrated faithfulness, loyalty, and dedication to IFI's mission of extending God's love globally through equipping Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel across cultures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Ability to manage stress and demonstrate flexibility
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in education or a ministry-related field, or equivalent experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to individuals
