As a vital member of the maintenance team, you will assist residents with both routine upkeep and urgent repair needs.

Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

  • Address service requests in a timely manner (within 24 hours) and with efficiency. These requests may include plumbing, minor appliance repairs, electrical system fixes, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of both interior apartment spaces and exterior building areas.
  • Perform groundskeeping duties, which may involve litter removal, pressure washing, cleaning common areas, and ensuring the property maintains an attractive appearance.
  • Manage maintenance expenses, maintain an inventory of supplies, and ensure that essential parts are readily available.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors, and strive to foster a cooperative team environment.
  • Be available for after-hours and on-call duties, with occasional weekend or holiday work as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements for the Maintenance Technician

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is required.
  • A valid driver's license, appropriate liability insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • A background check and drug screening will be conducted.
