Dental Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Dental Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our insurance billing services team, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction for Dental Claim Support.
This pivotal role combines leadership, strategy, and customer-centric approach to optimize revenue generation for clients. As the primary management contact, you will oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management, from client relationships to team management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, challenges, and aligning our services to meet their goals.
- Team and Subcontractor Management: Lead and manage a team of Account Specialists and subcontractors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive success.
- Revenue Cycle Management Strategy: Develop and implement revenue cycle management strategies to optimize revenue generation for clients, analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities to expand revenue cycle management services with existing clients, using consultative sales techniques to drive growth and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of insurance billing processes performed by the team and subcontractors, collaborating with the team to streamline operational workflows and enforce quality control.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven leadership in team management.
- Dental operations and revenue cycle management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
- High EQ, conflict resolution, and consultative sales expertise.
- Intuitive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Project management and KPI monitoring abilities.
- Commitment to workforce retention and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in quality control and change management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Google Drive a plus.
Compensation Package:
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, vision, dental coverage, company-matched 401k, remote work option, flexible schedule, paid time off, and a culture of learning.
