Licensed Practical Nurse

ProMedica Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Arden Courts in Austin. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while also supervising nursing personnel to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure that resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN.
- Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population care, is preferred.
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
- No mandate to stay over for shift coverage.
