This position involves driving high CVAC adoption among physicians, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas for the Iowa and Omaha territory. Key responsibilities include qualifying, training, assessing, and developing accounts to adopt Calyxo products, effectively communicating the value proposition to customers, and maintaining a professional and credible image with key physicians and teammates.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience, and a strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan. Proficiency in complex reimbursement environments and understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones are highly desired.
