Job Description

At Genesis Aspire Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - High Voltage Cable Design to lead the design and development of high voltage cables for various applications across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high voltage cable design principles to ensure successful integration into larger projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high voltage cable designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate high voltage cable systems into larger projects
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on high voltage cable design principles
  • Oversee and review the testing and validation of high voltage cable systems
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to high voltage cable designs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for high voltage cable design processes
  • Support project management activities related to high voltage cable design projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in high voltage cable technology
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the high voltage cable design team
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in high voltage cable design
  • Demonstrated expertise in high voltage cable material selection and insulation systems
  • Proven track record of successful integration of high voltage cable systems into larger projects
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to high voltage cable design
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in technical writing and documentation for high voltage cable designs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with testing and validation of high voltage cable systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
