Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-show and post-show duties, including setup and teardown of equipment and stages
- Operate and maintain various technical systems, including lighting, sound, and special effects
- Assist with the installation and removal of sets, props, and other production elements
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient execution of shows and events
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on technical equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as theater, event production, or technical support
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment, including lighting, sound, and special effects
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
