Key Responsibilities:- Operational Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, with a focus on communication and teamwork.
- Team Leadership: Lead the coordination of floor activities, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication with the Floor Manager to ensure the execution of operational directives.
- Logistics and Coordination: Work from schedules, contracts, shipping and receiving logs, purchase orders, bills of lading, packing lists, equipment return forms, cross rental forms, and other similar documentation to ensure the timely and cost-effective departure of all transfers.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Match and file documentation related to orders and shipments in designated filing systems, research and locate specific documents as required to resolve problems.
- Shipping and Receiving: Package, weigh, and measure shipments, prepare bills of lading, international manifests, and other paperwork.
