Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at Citiguard Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Multiple Duties: Execute tasks specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Read and Understand Post Orders: Familiarize yourself with Post Orders that require quick and reliable service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Provide Visible Deterrence: Serve as a visible deterrent to crime and client orders, promoting a safe and secure environment.
  • Detect and Report Suspicious Activity: Identify and report suspicious criminal acts at the post or near the post, including threatening acts towards the property, clients, employees, or guests on site.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding service to our clients and customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Perform Tasks Assigned: Carry out tasks assigned by the client or supervisors with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and Maintain Facilities: Regularly inspect and maintain facilities to ensure they are secure and well-maintained.
  • Enforce Rules and Regulations: Enforce any rules or regulations in accordance with policy, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, gathering information and documenting as necessary.
  • Request Emergency Personnel: Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
