Senior IT Technical Support Specialist for Executives and Directors

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The role itself encompasses managing technical support requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining hardware and software configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to executives and directors, working on-site or remotely within a BAU environment.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365, VOIP, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, and hardware repair.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Working with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT technical support.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software technologies, including Windows, MS Office, VOIP, and PC/Laptop builds.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
