Position Description
Schedule: 7a-7:30p / PRN
We are in search of a skilled ICU RN to join our dedicated team. The selected candidate will be part of a 21-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CCU) that specializes in caring for complex cardiac patients. This population primarily includes high-acuity pre-surgery cases (such as cath lab, heart failure, stents, balloon pumps, Impellas, etc.) with a focus on cardiogenic shock and interventional cardiac patients, alongside a mix of medical patients with cardiac considerations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 24 months of recent nursing experience within the last five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- Possession of a valid, active, unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the relevant licensing board.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) are required.

- Incorporates the AACN Synergy Model into clinical practice.
