Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supply Chain Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of materials. Your expertise in warehouse operations and ability to lead and direct daily work will be essential in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and direct daily work of receiving personnel, ensuring material is put away timely and accurately* Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, and enter material receiving into the system* Coordinate daily with receiving associates to verify accuracy of shipments, noting damage or shortage* Assist with associate development, including daily huddles and associate reviews* Continue to grow lean knowledge by identifying and assisting with continuous improvement* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* Good oral and written communication skills* Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others* Previous warehouse experience mandatory* Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)* Accurate, dependable, and punctual* Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level

Estimated Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
