About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Electrical Installation Coordinator to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Oversee daily project coordination, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Design Review: Participate in design review meetings, assessing design output and vendor materials to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
  • Change Order Management: Manage change orders for electrical contractors, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution.
  • Temporary Power Planning: Facilitate temporary power plans and hookups, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct thorough site inspections with craft supervision to verify adherence to safety protocols and project standards.
