Customer Service Specialist for Supply Chain Operations

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in supply chain operations. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to the success of our organization.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00 - $22.77 per hour (estimated monthly ranges displayed for salaried roles).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with vendors and distribution centers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
