Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls from financial advisors in a prompt and professional manner.
- Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Hartford Funds' products and funds in detail.
- Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations to support financial advisors.
- Place supply orders for marketing materials and follow up with representatives to ensure information is received and understood.
- Log phone calls into our computer system for tracking purposes and act as a liaison between home office and wholesalers in the field.
- Assist in the training and development process of new employees and make outbound phone calls to financial advisors once licensed.
Requirements:
- Flexible and adaptable with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
- Responsible, conscientious, and self-motivated with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows.
- Must obtain the SIE, Series 7 & 63 exams within 12 months or 3 attempts, whichever comes first.
Compensation:
The listed annualized base pay range is $55,000. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees, which includes short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
