LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - SF Village - PT Evenings

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Sioux Falls Village, a leading provider of long-term care services. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
