- Supervise and train staff, and provide guidance and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with other agency components and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Masters in a behavioral health field or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Considerable knowledge of various treatment modalities and assessment procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients as required.
