Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing tailored investment solutions and exceptional service to meet their evolving needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in business development, relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of markets and investments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Series 65 license, 66 license, or a qualifying designation (such as CFA, CFP, ChFC, CIC, and PFS) within 90 days of start date.
