Nursing Department Head

As a key member of the People Placers Staffing team, the Director of Nursing will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing services to our inpatient population. This role requires a strong leader who can organize, direct, and supervise nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical services with program directors and other personnel to ensure seamless care delivery;
- Develop and implement new programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of care;
- Review and revise medical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care delivered;
- Direct the orientation, training, and supervision of nurses to ensure they meet the highest standards;
- Assist with physician schedules to ensure daily coverage and continuity of care;
- Conduct regular facility rounds to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations;
- Provide 24-hour on-call availability for critical incidents and emergencies;
- Supervise LPNs, RNs, and MA/CNAs to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required;
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State required.
