We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a small hospital in Florence, OR. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Specialty certification preferred
- One year RN experience
- Current RN license in Oregon, BLS at date of hire
