Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work as an individual contributor to provide high-quality, client-centered care to patients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients with physical or mental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting independence and improving daily function.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the functional needs of clients
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
  • Provide therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home modifications, to improve mobility, strength, and motor skills
  • Train and educate clients and their families on proper techniques for day-to-day activities and tasks
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and liaise with insurance companies to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a similar setting, preferably home health care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within designated service areas
