Position Responsibilities

The Events and Sponsorship Coordinator is tasked with:

  • Assisting the Events Manager in coordinating a variety of events for multiple client associations.
  • Implementing and managing sponsorship programs tailored to client-specific events.
  • Maintaining transparent processes and clear accountability to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning and sponsorship management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Association Management Systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

Event Coordination Duties

  • Support the execution of client webinars and in-person conferences.
  • Assist with vendor research and event material development.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration and on-site support.

Sponsorship Development Tasks

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and clients.
  • Implement outreach plans to secure new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Track and manage sponsor benefits and communications.
