Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement infection control and prevention programs to minimize the risk of infection.
  • Manage the employee health program, including universal influenza vaccination.
  • Provide education and training on infection control best practices to all staff members.
  • Conduct regular surveillance and outbreak management to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

Must be a registered nurse with a minimum of three years of full-time nursing experience, including two years in long-term care. Infection Control and Prevention certification is preferred. Must work flexible hours to meet with employees working evening and night shifts.
