**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Optimum. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

**Job Summary:**

As a Sales Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers daily, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will be empowered to think critically, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate expertise in our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations that meet customers' requirements, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to ensure the best possible solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Self-motivated individual with a knack for working independently.

* Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
