Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the specific instructions provided by the supervising teacher while working with students.
- Maintain positive communication at all times while conducting business or representing the organization.
- Assist students in developing independent life skills, including meal preparation and hygiene.
- Support and accompany students on job sites, ensuring they are prepared with uniforms and necessary skills.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding staff, students, and parents.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Technology Expectations:
- Basic computer skills including word processing and email applications.
- Familiarity with various software and technology tools relevant to the position.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in English language structure and composition.
- Understanding of human behavior and performance.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to assess and make decisions based on various factors.
Essential Functions:
