Customer Service Representative

About the RoleThis Retail Sales Associate position provides an excellent opportunity to start your career in retail. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. As a sales associate, you will support the manager in day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with a warm welcome and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and adapt to fast-paced store conditions.
- Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous retail or guest service restaurant experience. Soft skills include being comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members, having high energy, ability to move quickly between tasks, and being team-oriented.
Work Schedule and ConditionsThis position may be available as a part-time or full-time role, requiring weekend and holiday hours. Part-time roles typically involve working up to 29 hours, while full-time roles involve working 30-40 hours. Travel is minimal, at approximately 5% of the time, with occasional requests to work in nearby stores.
Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThe role requires standing/walking for 8 hours a day, with occasional lifting and moving of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Specialized attire is required in food establishments, and the noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.
